Hormona is currently free to use.

Hormona was created by a varied group of women who all believe in the importance of hormonal health.

It was started by our founder Karolina, who personally struggled with hormone imbalance for years but now the team includes specialists in various fields such as endocrinology, women’s health, nutrition, behaviour and technology.

Our joint aim is to provided you with the best set of products possible for optimum hormonal health.

The content on the Hormona app and website is created by journalists, researches, doctors and experts in various fields as well as women with personal experience in one or more areas of the female lifecycle.

Our goal is to bring you reliable content from a range of different sources and perspective in order to teach you as much as we can alongside ensuring that you don’t feel alone in your hormonal journey.

We do our best to fact check but our content is for informational purposes only.

The Hormona app was created to give you more information around your hormones and a better understanding of how they affect you on a day to day basis.

The app not only gives you daily insights to your hormones along with tips on how to balance your hormones naturally for optimum health, but also allows you to track hormone related symptoms in order to detect patterns in your individual  hormonal rhythm.

In addition to that it also gives you the opportunity to engage with other women in our community and discuss topics around our hormones and the female lifecycle. 

Hormona is for women who want to understand their body and cycle better. Women who are curious about their hormones and who want to learn more about these chemical messengers that just happens to control pretty much everything in our body!
